Robert Plunket (born 1945) is an American author, actor and screenwriter. Plunket is primarily known as an author but also had a brief career as an actor, appearing in Martin Scorsese's After Hours (1985), Insomnia (1994) and Autumn in New York (2000). He also co-wrote Insomnia (1994). Plunket was born in Greenville, Texas and raised in Havana and Mexico City.
