Jack Cosgrove

Jack Cosgrove (c. 1931–2014) was an American cinematographer, documentary filmmaker, and television producer whose career spanned more than five decades. Beginning as a U.S. Army photographer in postwar Germany, he transitioned to television in the 1950s at WTVT in Tampa, Florida, where he pioneered innovative film techniques, including time-lapse cameras and complex optical effects for news and educational programs.
