Madan Mitra (born 3 December 1954) is an Indian politician, singer and actor from West Bengal. Mitra started his career with party Indian National Congress. He held many positions of Indian Youth Congress, the party's youth wing. In 1998, he joined Trina Mool Congress party, founded by Mamata Banerjee.
