陈亚兰（YarLan Chen），1965年11月08日出生于台湾澎湖，歌仔戏演员、主持人。 早期是以歌仔戏反串小生闻名台湾演艺圈，2005年与厦门卫视签约主持《娱乐斗阵行》，成为首位在中国取得主持证的台湾艺人。2013年，首次筹拍播出的歌仔戏天龙传奇，也取得高收视率，金钟奖主持人。
