Vincent M. Spano (* 18. Oktober 1962) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler. Spano wurde in Brooklyn, New York, als Sohn italienisch-amerikanischer Eltern geboren. 1976 gab er sein Bühnendebüt in einer Produktion von „The Shadow Box“ am Long Wharf Theatre und am Broadway.
