When he meets Ursula (Roberta Colindrez), a heartsick kleptomaniac pining for the return of her traveling lover, the quirky pair becomes inseparable. Otis’s heartbreaking journey leads to his discovery of the value of human connection and, ultimately, to his greatest creation.
