L'agente segreto Mike Kelles deve ricevere un importante documento dal collega Sam. Questi viene ucciso sul treno fra Salisburgo e Trieste. Mike, anch'egli sul treno, arriva a destinazione. Qui conosce Janine, la fidanzata di Sam, e ritrova la bella Joan, incontrata sul treno, ambedue impegnate nel doppio gioco con i sovietici. La seconda lo aiuta e lui la salva in extremis dalla vendetta dei suoi.
