When Singh's girlfriend -- intelligence agent Sonia Khanna (Tabu) -- informs him that self-styled Pakistani leader Lala aims to rule Kashmir as a sovereign state, Singh finds an unexpected ally in a mercenary (Arbaaz Khan) once loyal to Lala.
