Nguyen Dich, ancien soldat vietnamien, arrive à Hong Kong après la guerre du Vietnam, en tant que tueur professionnel pour le compte d'un chef de gang. Il y rencontre Vicky Lee dont il tombe amoureux. Il reçoit l'ordre de tuer son père, et plus tard l'ordre de la tuer elle aussi, car elle commence à le soupçonner. Elle découvre alors qu'il est responsable de la mort de son père...
